Ben obtained a business degree from Boise State University. While going to school, he worked in a family business and then owned several of his own CARQUEST Auto Parts stores. Upon selling his business Ben worked for Bill Winn at Advanced Industrial. They later agreed an ownership transition would be best for both parties and enjoy working together to serve the industrial markets. Ben’s experience and customer centered approach to everything he does drives profit and success for his customers.
Brandon spent 15 years in the automotive aftermarket, managing CARQUEST stores in Twin Falls and Pocatello and assisting with general operations for other stores under the same ownership. In June 2015, Brandon joined the Advanced Industrial team as Operations Manager. Brandon works extensively on our conveyor belt segment and has been to belt manufacturers in Oregon, Washington, Missouri, Kansas, North Carolina and Arkansas to ensure we bring the best standards to market. He has also been to training at Industrial Scientific. Brandon works hard to understand customer needs in every industry we serve and he ensures everything happens behind the scenes to put your product in your hands when you need it.
John joined the AIS team in 2009. John brings with him over 25 years in the sales and customer service industries. John has participated in many sales and customer relations seminars over the years. He has also been to many of our manufacturer facilities to receive specialized product training. His knowledge and unique ability to match customers’ needs to solutions makes him a great asset to clients throughout Northern Utah and all of Southern Idaho.
Jordan has a business management degree from Idaho State University and has more than 10 years’ experience helping customers meet their goals. He is one of our 3M Strategic Account Specialists and spends 1-2 weeks per year at 3M’s facilities in Minnesota training on abrasives, adhesives, safety, tapes, and many other product lines. He stays up to date on the newest technology by participating in monthly calls with 3M’s product Developers. Prior to working at Advanced Industrial, Jordan worked with business customers at AT&T assisting with their technology needs. Jordan can help your business find potential cost savings and efficiencies through our products and processes.
Brad has been a team leader for AIS for the better part of 25 years. Overall, Brad has spent the past 45+ years in the industrial supply business. He has extensive training in the industrial safety field and gas detection services which includes time training at 3M, Industrial Scientific, Pferd Abrasives, and Ingersoll Cutting Tools to mention a few. His time in the industry allows him to share his immense knowledge with his clients.
Janalee joined the AIS team in 2022 and brings a wealth of customer service and data entry skills to our customers. She is a lifetime resident of Southern Idaho and is committed to serving local business. Her cheerful personality and extensive clerical knowledge make her a great asset to all of our customers.
Roger is a lifetime resident of Southeast Idaho growing up on a small farm and ranch near Grace. He brings with him more than 15 years of experience in sales and customer service. Prior to joining the AIS team, Roger worked for our community in Law Enforcement and takes a great deal of pride in serving our local industry.
Tom joined the Advanced team in 2014 in a warehouse leadership role. He has intricate knowledge in shipping, receiving, and logistics management. Tom took an Outside Sales position and has excelled with his customer service skills. Tom has spent his entire life in Southeast Idaho and worked with some of the largest manufacturers in our area. He has great knowledge in plant safety and procedures. Tom’s focus on overall customer satisfaction and service make him a great asset to his clients.
Rocky joined the Advanced team in 2020 as a team leader in our warehouse. Hailing originally from Las Vegas, Rocky appreciates Southeast Idaho and the relationships he builds with customers. With Rocky’s positive attitude and work ethic, he moved into our logistics department and maintains several accounts. Rocky services several large manufacturing facilities and is well versed in what it takes to maximize productivity. He is a very valuable member of our Advanced family.
Brad has been a key member of the Advanced team since 2005. He brings with him an outstanding level of customer service and maintains long term relationships with a large client base. Brad has participated in many sales and product trainings. Most recently, Brad visited Pferd Abrasives in Milwaukee WI.
Teresa brings with her over 25 years of experience in the industrial sales and customer service industry. She is originally from Houston, Texas and moved to Idaho in 2021. Over her career, Teresa has participated in many sales and customer relations seminars and has extensive knowledge of MRO supplies. Teresa has visited many manufacturer’s facilities and received specialized product training. This experience makes her an expert in matching product solutions to her customers’ needs.
Jacob has served the Treasure Valley’s Industrial Supply business since 2015. A lifelong resident of Western Idaho, Jacob volunteers extensively with our community youth sports programs. Jacob has great expereince in manufacturing, the lumber industry, product development, maintenance, safety supplies, and more. Jacob’s excellent customer service skills and relationships with our customers make him an incredible asset to all those he serves
Cody is a life-long Treasure Valley resident and his pride in servicing clients throughout the area shows. Cody’s many years in Sales, Management, and Customer Service bring great benefit to his customers. Cody holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and can use that knowledge to bring efficient cost-saving practices to his clients. He has vast knowledge in the areas of paint, paint supplies as well as personal safety equipment.
Karl has spent most of his life in the Treasure Valley and worked extensively with the public. Having owned several restaurants in Boise and Tamarak over the past 20 years, Karl has excellent customer service and takes great pride in the relationships he has built over those years. As the 3M Strategic Account Specialist for our Meridian branch, Karl will be a great resource for the area for 3M abrasives, tapes, adhesives, and safety.
